Warranty description

1、 The company's products enjoy a one-year warranty period from the date of successful commissioning and lifetime paid service. During the warranty period, in the normal use process, if the components or manufacturing process cause product failure, the company can provide free warranty.

2、 The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty and will be charged according to the circumstances.

1. Suffer from natural damage (such as: flood, fire, lightning and other irresistible damage)

2. Damage caused by too high or too low grid voltage (the allowable working voltage range of this system is AC 200V ~ 240V)

3. Damage not caused by internal circuit fault of the company's products (such as short circuit of external power supply)

4. Damage caused by intentional or negligent factors (such as improper use, maintenance, storage or unauthorized change of line and mechanical structure, etc.)

5. Due to the replacement of operators, it will not operate or cause damage.
